Before asking for price, prepare part drawings, material, thickness range, maximum width, burr condition and target finish. This information decides whether a light deburring machine or a heavy-duty finishing line is suitable.
Key configuration points
Working width is usually the first selection factor. Common ranges include 630 mm, 1000 mm and 1300 mm. Then compare sanding head layout, brushing station, conveyor speed, control system and dust collector.
FOB price is not the only cost
Buyers should also check packing, consumables, spare parts, installation guidance, video testing and export documents. A factory-direct supplier can usually respond faster when sample testing or non-standard configuration is needed.
