What is a brushed finish?
A brushed finish is a controlled linear texture on the metal surface. It is common on stainless steel, aluminum panels, metal furniture and architectural decoration.
Important process variables
The final appearance depends on abrasive type, brush hardness, feed speed, pressure and whether the part surface is flat. Automatic feed helps keep the texture direction stable.
Before mass production
Run samples with your actual material and compare surface gloss, scratch depth and edge feel. For export projects, keep approved sample photos as part of the order record.
