Overview
The BG-RR-630 Light Laser Cutting Sanding Machine is a compact, pass-through deburring and surface-finishing unit built specifically for smaller laser-cut parts. With a 630 mm working width, it is the entry-point model in our RR series, ideal for job shops, prototyping centers, and small-batch fabricators who need reliable edge conditioning without investing in full-size wide-belt equipment.
Manufactured at our Qingdao facility and shipped factory-direct, the BG-RR-630 carries CE certification and supports MOQ of one set. It processes carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plates up to 3 mm thickness, delivering consistent results that reduce manual grinding labor and improve downstream coating adhesion.
How It Works
Parts are placed on the in-feed conveyor and drawn through a series of abrasive sanding stations. The first station uses a coarse-grit belt to knock down laser dross and sharp burrs; a secondary fine-grit station blends the edge radius and lightly dresses the surface. An optional brush head can add a directional grain if cosmetic finish is required.
Because the machine is only 630 mm wide, it handles small brackets, enclosures, and chassis components that would be difficult to process on larger machines. The conveyor speed is adjustable, allowing you to slow the belt for heavy slag removal or speed it up for light cleaning passes.
Key Advantages
1. Space-Saving Footprint
At under 2.0 m in length, the BG-RR-630 fits between existing workstations or against a wall. You do not need to rearrange your shop layout or pour a special foundation. Castor-mounted versions allow the machine to be rolled away when floor space is needed for large assemblies.
3. Low Investment, Fast Payback
With an FOB reference starting below USD 10,000, the BG-RR-630 pays for itself quickly. A single operator who currently spends four hours per day hand-grinding can be redeployed to welding or assembly, recovering labor cost within months.
4. Wide Material Range
Quick belt changes let you switch from carbon steel to stainless or aluminum in minutes. You are not locked into a single material type, which is important for job shops that see mixed orders.
5. Modular Station Count
Choose one sanding head for basic deburring, or add a second head and a dust collector for two-stage finishing. We build each unit to order, so you pay only for the configuration you need.
6. Dust Control Ready
Laser-cut steel produces fine, explosive dust. The BG-RR-630 can be fitted with a compact cartridge dust collector or ducted into your existing extraction system. Both options meet indoor air-quality requirements.
Typical Applications
- Small bracket and clip deburring – Remove sharp edges from laser-cut brackets before powder coating or zinc plating.
- Enclosure and chassis finishing – Prepare sheet-metal boxes for assembly by cleaning cutouts and ventilation slots.
- Prototype and R&D batches – Process one-off or low-volume parts without setting up large machines.
- Aluminum heat-sink conditioning – Smooth extrusion cut marks and burrs on electronic housings.
- Post-weld blending – Blend small TIG welds on decorative or sanitary components.
Optional Configurations
| Option | Description | When to Choose |

| Compact dust collector | 1.5 kW cartridge unit | Indoor operation without central extraction |
| Variable-frequency drive | Conveyor speed 2–12 m/min | Mixed part sizes and material thicknesses |
| Castor base | Locking wheels for mobility | Small workshops that reconfigure layout frequently |
Maintenance & Support
Daily care consists of emptying the dust drawer, checking belt tension, and wiping down the conveyor rollers. Abrasive belts are standard sizes available globally. We include a spare drive belt, tracking tool, and English maintenance log with every shipment.
Spare parts ship from Qingdao by air within 48 hours. Remote troubleshooting is available via WhatsApp video call. For customers in Southeast Asia, we maintain a small local parts buffer to cut delivery time to 2–3 days.
Frequently Asked Questions
What thickness range can the BG-RR-630 handle?
Standard configuration processes 0.5–3 mm sheet metal. For thicker plates up to 6 mm, we can upgrade the motor and roller pressure. Please send your typical part drawings for a tailored recommendation.
Is this machine suitable for stainless steel medical parts?
Yes, provided you select the fine-grit belt and brush head options. For medical or food-grade applications, we can also supply belts certified for oil-free use and recommend a wet-processing kit to prevent ferrous contamination.
Can I run the machine on single-phase power?
Standard build is 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase. We can configure a single-phase 220 V drive for light-duty use, but throughput will be roughly 30 % lower. Let us know your plant supply when requesting a quote.
