All-Electric Servo CNC Press Brake
The BOGONG all-electric servo CNC press brake range brings five machine sizes to sheet metal bending, with bending lengths from 600 mm to 2500 mm. The range combines an annealed frame and ram, ground screw drives, guided ram movement and a CNC back gauge in a compact vertical bending arrangement.
A Model Range for Different Part Sizes
Choose from 12/600, 25/1200, 40/1500, 60/2000 and 70/2500 configurations. These cover short components through to longer sheet metal parts. Alongside bending length, the range offers different column spacing, throat depth and opening height to accommodate the geometry of the workpiece and tooling.
Frame and Drive Construction
- Annealed frame and ram: both structural components undergo annealing treatment.
- Frame analysis: the frame design uses finite element analysis to evaluate static strength and dynamic rigidity.
- Ground screw drives: heavy-duty ground screws are combined with multi-point cam-roller guidance to support ram movement and resistance to off-center loading.
- All-electric servo operation: the machine range is designed around electrically driven bending and positioning.
Back Gauge and Tool Changes
Machines with bending lengths of 1500 mm and below use a standard-mounted back-gauge arrangement. The 2000 mm and 2500 mm configurations use a side-mounted back-gauge arrangement. All five listed configurations provide 500 mm of X-axis travel and 140 mm of R-axis travel.
The upper tooling clamp uses a quick-clamp structure to make tool replacement more convenient when changing the bending setup.

Support for Larger Panels
For jobs involving larger panels, BOGONG also offers a large panel bending support system. The support range includes 100 kg, 200 kg and 300 kg lifting configurations and is selected around the workpiece and bending setup.
