Buyers receive full documentation packages for customs clearance, tender submissions and factory audits.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Our ISO 9001:2015 certificate (No. 24CN34508276Q) covers the design, manufacture and after-sales service of metal surface finishing equipment. The certificate is valid until 2027 and is audited annually by an accredited third-party body. Key processes under certification include:
- Incoming material inspection for steel frames, bearings, motors and electrical components.
- In-process quality checks after welding, machining and assembly.
- Final acceptance testing using customer sample workpieces before shipment.
- Corrective action tracking for any non-conformance found during inspection or customer feedback.
CE Verification of Conformity
All Bogong sanding machines are CE marked under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Our CE certificate (No. B-S02778E3578) is valid until 2029 and covers the following safety aspects:
- Emergency stop circuits with Category 1 safety relays.
- Interlocked safety guards on abrasive belt and brush stations.
- Electrical compliance with EN 60204-1, including IP54 minimum rating for control panels.
- Noise emission testing; machines are below 85 dB(A) at the operator position.
- Technical file and user manual in English (or local language on request).
Additional Compliance & Test Reports
- RoHS compliance for electrical components supplied to EU markets.
- Material certificates for structural steel (Q235B or 304 stainless on request).
- Motor efficiency labels meeting IE2 or IE3 standards depending on destination country.
- Voltage configuration test report: 380V/50Hz standard; 220V/60Hz, 415V/50Hz or 480V/60Hz available for export.

Bogong is not only a machine builder; we act as your export partner. From packing to commissioning, our service team supports first-time importers and experienced trading companies alike.
Pre-Shipment Service
- Sample testing – Send us your cut samples by courier. We return video proof of deburring or finishing results within 72 hours.
- Custom configuration – Choose working width, voltage, abrasive type, wet or dry operation, and conveyor direction.
- Documentation – Proforma invoice, packing list, technical specification and manual draft for your import license application.
Packing & Logistics
- Wooden case packing – Machines are secured in fumigation-free plywood crates with shock-absorbing foam and moisture barrier film.
- Container loading – We provide loading photos and a container packing certificate. Most machines fit in a 20GP container; two machines can be loaded in a 40HQ with optimized bracing.
- Shipping terms – FOB Qingdao is standard. CIF, DAP or EXW can be arranged through our freight forwarder partners.
Installation & Training
- Remote video guidance – Free via WhatsApp or Zoom. An English-speaking engineer walks your electrician and operator through mechanical leveling, electrical connection and first-run setup.
- On-site commissioning – Available for orders of two or more machines. Round-trip airfare, hotel and daily allowance are charged at cost.
- Operator training – Covers abrasive change, daily cleaning, lubrication schedule, common fault diagnosis and safe shutdown.
After-Sales & Spare Parts
- Warranty – 12 months from bill of lading date on mechanical and electrical components. Motors carry an additional 12-month manufacturer warranty.
- Spare parts kit – Every machine ships with a starter kit: drive belts, spare bearings, fuse set and abrasive samples.
- Long-term supply – We stock wear parts (abrasive belts, brush rollers, conveyor belts) in Qingdao for same-day dispatch. DHL delivery to most countries is 3–5 business days.
